Triumph MK-II Scraper

The Triumph MK-II Scraper is used to clean glass before window film is applied.

What is the Triumph MK-II Scraper?

The Triumph MK-II is a holder for a double-sided blade, sharp and very thin. The blade works like a razor and takes off the glass:

• Debris, grease, old paint.
• Old film.
• Glue residues.
• Thin metal droplets from welding.

The blade removes this material mechanically, without solvents.

It takes 150 mm standard double-sided Triumph blades or their equivalents. That width lets you clear large panes quickly.

Triumph MK-II Characteristics

• Dimensions: 145 × 160 mm.
• Blade size: TRIUMPH 6in / 15 cm stainless steel blades.
• Double-sided blade: yes.
• Protective cover: comes with a rubber insert; the cover can also serve as an auxiliary tool for window cleaning.
• Stainless steel blades: more rust-resistant and more flexible than other types.
• Blade dispenser: packed in a dispenser with room for used blades.
• Cost: the blades are double-edged, so each one lasts twice as long.

The scraper comes with one new blade and is designed for repeated use.

Blade Life and Consumption

• Blade life: a 15 cm Triumph blade prepares 10-14 square metres of glass, depending on conditions.
• Removing old film: the scraper also strips old film — depending on its condition, one side of the blade covers 2 to 4 square metres.
