Replacement, return of goods and money
1. Goods purchased online at www.window-film-solaris.co.uk can be replaced in the following cases:
1.1 The volume or the quantity of the received goods does not match the ordered volume or quantity;
1.2 The item was damaged during transportation;
1.3 An error occurred, the seller sent wrong item to the buyer;
1.4 An error occurred, the sizes of the received film do not correspond to the order.
2. Request for replacement
2.1 You can send a request for replacement of goods within five working days from receipt of the order.
2.2 A request for replacement is an email sent to a contact address of www.window-film-solaris.co.uk that must contain:
2.2.1 Product name, order number and purchase date;
2.2.2 The reason for replacement (Subsection 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 or 1.4 of this document);
2.2.3 Four clear images of the product from different angles.
2.3 The seller may ask for additional information and additional images
3. Return procedure in accordance with Subsection 1.2
3.1 After you receive confirmation, please go to your website account, find the order with returnable goods and the return button opposite the returnable goods and follow the instructions.
3.2 Please pack the item or items, providing reliable protection against mechanical damage during transportation.
3.3 The delivery of the returnable goods is organised by the seller. The buyer will be notified of the day and time when a courier arrives.
3.4 The buyer agrees to turn the parcel over to the courier.
4. Return procedure in accordance with Subsection 1.1, Subsection 1.3 or Subsection 1.4
4.1 After you receive confirmation, please go to your website account, find the order with returnable goods and the return button opposite the returnable goods and follow the instructions.
4.2 Please pack the item or items, providing reliable protection against mechanical damage during transportation.
4.3 The buyer must return the product in good condition, packaged in the original packaging, fully loaded and complete.
4.4 The delivery of the returnable goods is organised by the seller. The buyer will be notified of the day and time when a courier arrives.
4.5 The buyer agrees to turn the parcel over to the courier.
5. Actions taken by the seller with all goods received for exchange in accordance with Subsection 1.1, Subsection 1.3 or Subsection 1.4
5.1 The seller makes an inspection and detection of defects of the received package and product.
5.2 The seller can make videos and record all his actions and the condition of the returned product.
5.3 Partially or fully used goods are not accepted.
5.4 Goods with damaged packaging are not accepted. If the packaging is damaged, please inform the seller in advance.
5.5 Partially or completely damaged films are not accepted.
5.5.1 Creases on films are not allowed.
5.5.2 Broken edges of films are not allowed.
6. Sending of a new item to the buyer
6.1 The seller replaces and sends the new item within five working days.
7. The seller may refuse to replace the item
7.1 If the item was poorly packaged and damaged upon return.
7.2 If the returned item is used.
7.3 If the returned films have scratches and creases.
8. Return of goods
In accordance with the applicable rules, within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered product, you have the right to return it without giving reasons as part of the withdrawal from the contract in accordance with the general rules arising from the provisions on the conclusion of distance contracts. This applies only to consumer sales, that is, only sales to an individual who makes a purchase for purposes other than professional or business activities.
!!! The returned goods cannot have traces of use - each item must be intact and in its original packaging, the goods are delivered in their original packaging without changes. If this condition is not met, the goods will not be accepted. Items purchased in whole rolls can be returned. Items cut to your request or cut off are non-refundable.
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply: to the supply of non-assembled goods, for the production of which the individual choice and specification of the consumer is important, or goods that are clearly adapted to the specific needs of the consumer;
9.1 Refunds are made within 7 working days.
9.2 Refund is possible only to the sender's account by the received method.
