Product Replacement Rules at Solaris 979 UK:

1. When You Can Get a New Product:

  • 1.1 If you get fewer items than you ordered.
  • 1.2 If the item is damaged while being delivered.
  • 1.3 If you get something different from what you ordered.
  • 1.4 If the size of the film is not what you asked for.


2. How to Ask for a New Product:

  • 2.1 Tell us you want a new one within 5 days after you get the product.
  • 2.2 Email us at info@window-film-solaris.co.uk. Tell us the product name, your order number, when you 2.3 bought it, and why you want a new one.
  • 2.4 Send us 4 clear photos of the product from different sides.
  • We might ask for more information or pictures.


3. Sending Back a Damaged Product:

  • 3.1 Once we agree, go to our website, find your order, and follow the steps to send it back.
  •  3.2 Pack the item well so it doesn't get more damaged.
  • 3.3 We will organize to pick it up and let you know when.
  • 3.4 Have it ready for the person who comes to collect it.


4. Returning a Product for Other Reasons:

  • 4.1 Do the same as in point 3 for sending it back.
  • 4.2 It must be in its original box, complete and not broken.
  • 4.3 We take care of sending it back and will tell you when it will be collected.
  • 4.4 Returned goods damaged by the customer, with bends or broken edges, are not eligible for replacement.


5. What We Do With Returned Products:

  • 5.5 We'll check the product carefully.
  • 5.6 We might record the check-up and note the product's condition.
  • 5.7 We won't accept it if it's partly or fully used, or if the box is broken.
  • 5.8 Products with bends or broken edges can't be returned.


6. Sending You a New Product:

  • 6.1 We'll send the new product within 5 days after we've handled the return.


7. When We Might Not Replace a Product:

  • 7.1 If it gets damaged coming back to us because of bad packaging.
  • 7.2 If it looks used.
  • 7.3 If the film is scratched or bent.


8. Products You Can't Return or Exchange:

  • 8.1 Goods processed on a custom order or made to individual measurements are not returnable.
  • 8.2 Products cut or separated from a whole roll as per the customer's order are not returnable.
