UPS hand delivery throughout the UK

Window films and related products purchased at our online store are delivered by UPS and FedEx couriers. Their networks cover the entire UK and enable orders to be delivered to all addresses.

UPS My Choice offers user-friendly options:

• track the location of the parcel via the mobile application;
• pick up your parcel at the pickup point at the most convenient time;
• suspend or reschedule the delivery date;
• change the contact person of the recipient.

Delivery terms

Usually, it takes 4 to 5 working days to process an order (i.e. to cut the film to size). The delivery itself takes 3 to 8 days depending on the delivery address.

Delivery guarantee

In accordance with the contract, the carrier - UPS or FedEx - guarantees the delivery and safety of each package. In case of any damage to the goods due to the fault of the carrier (this happens extremely rarely), we will replace the damaged goods promptly.

All delivery times are approximate and may differ somewhat from the real ones.
