Is it silver? 

There is no common standard for all silver reflective films. While some manufacturers offer silver films with a black shading, others offer clear silver films. Our window films are clear silver and look like a mirror.

Transmission of light or VLT %

Light transmittance is one of the most important indicators of silver reflective films. This technical parameter shows how much light the film transmits and how much reflects. It is shown as VLT and is measured as a percentage.

Silver reflective films with VLT 20 % are darker than films with VLT 35 %.
